We’ll provide you with the support needed so your event runs smoothly, is as stress-free as possible and EXACTLY how you envisioned it or better!
Day-Of Planning
This Package includes the following services:
1 Event Coordinator for up to 10 hours of day-of management
2 weeks of unlimited contact, 1 site visit for a final walkthrough
Acting as a liaison/main point of contact for all vendors and addressing all issues as they arise
Reviewing all contracts to confirm contract deliverables and services to be provided
Creating day-of documents (vendor contact list, master timeline, set up instructions, etc.)
Overseeing set up and break down of event space
Assisting with event formalities
Working directly with venue and vendors throughout the event
Distributing gratuities and vendor payments the day of the event
Packing up all items at the end of the night and loading in the host(s) vehicle
Month-Of Planning
This package includes the following services:
1 Event Coordinator for up to 10 hours of day-of management
6 weeks of unlimited contact and 1 site visit for a final walkthrough
Acting as a liaison/main point of contact for all vendors and addressing all issues as they arise
Reviewing all contracts, payment schedules and contract deliverables
Confirming arrival and departure times with all vendors
Assisting with finalizing day of signage and decor details
Creating day-of documents (vendor contact list, master timeline, set up instructions, etc.)
Overseeing set up and break down of event space
Assisting with event formalities
Working directly with venue and vendors throughout the event
Distributing gratuities and vendor payments the day of the event
Packing up all items at the end of the night and loading in the host(s) vehicle
